Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales meetings and support experienced sales representatives during client interactions and negotiations.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team, including maintaining sales records, updating databases, and preparing sales reports.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities, particularly within the mobile games sector.
- Browse and identify online conferences for potential game partnerships and opportunities.
- Explore influencers and other content creators to identify potential promotional partnerships.
- Utilize ChatGPT and other tools daily to help prepare proposals and presentations.
- Help develop sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to our mobile games.
- Participate in team discussions with creative ideas to improve our sales and marketing processes.
- Support account managers in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing client needs efficiently.
- Monitor client accounts, analyze performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize our sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Art, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, account management, and the mobile games industry, with a desire to build a career in these areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher); proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
