The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of game design experience on two or more shipped games from the strategic genre, especially browser and mobile games;
• Knowing the Free-to-Play business model and ability to create and balance the game economy;
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Creative and analytical thinking;
• Ability to express ideas in written and graphic form (graphic design documents and mockups).

Responsibilities:

• Design game mechanics, game economy & monetization;
• Create and maintain clear and complete game design documentation for game content and features;
• Communicate and prioritize game design to relevant senior management;
• Facilitate the development process and be involved in critical review milestones;
• Research subject matter relating to the design objectives in an effort to ensure the authenticity of the experience.
