- Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred major in HR management or a relevant program.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Drive, Calendar, etc.).
- Fluency in English language.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads, organize and conduct interviews.
- Evaluate candidates and proceed to job offers.
- Maintain human resource information system records.
- Conduct onboarding of new employees.
- Apply human resources plans and procedures and implement personnel policies.
- Carry on employee surveys and analyze feedback data.
- Contribute unique ideas and personality to Imperia Online’s culture.
