We are seeking a Super Star Human Resources Intern. How about entering the gaming industry?

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred major in HR management or a relevant program.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and positive.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Drive, Calendar, etc.).
  • Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish job ads, organize and conduct interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates and proceed to job offers.
  • Maintain human resource information system records.
  • Conduct onboarding of new employees.
  • Apply human resources plans and procedures and implement personnel policies.
  • Carry on employee surveys and analyze feedback data.
  • Contribute unique ideas and personality to Imperia Online’s culture.
