Imperia Online JSC is a company with a fast-paced environment, so we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to support our Marketing and Business Development team.
 
 
About the Role:
We are looking for a Trainee to assist our Marketing and Business Development team in various aspects of sales and account management, specifically within the mobile games sector. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic industry, making it a great start for anyone looking to enter the gaming world. The role is based at our headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, with the possibility of a flexible schedule. The internship is for a 3-month period, and can be prolonged up to 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sales meetings and support experienced sales representatives during client interactions and negotiations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team, including maintaining sales records, updating databases, and preparing sales reports.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities, particularly within the mobile games sector.
  • Browse and identify online conferences for potential game partnerships and opportunities.
  • Explore influencers and other content creators to identify potential promotional partnerships.
  • Utilize ChatGPT and other tools daily to help prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Help develop sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to our mobile games.
  • Participate in team discussions with creative ideas to improve our sales and marketing processes.
  • Support account managers in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing client needs efficiently.
  • Monitor client accounts, analyze performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize our sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Art, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, account management, and the mobile games industry, with a desire to build a career in these areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher); proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
