The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • A passionate student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passionate about HR technology, systems, and digital transformation.
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRIS, data, and digital tools.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in a global organization.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Drive, Calendar, etc.).
  • Passion for games, creativity, and team culture, as well as interest in the gaming industry, will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
