Cvetan Rusimov, a member of the team almost since its inception, is a game industry professional with more than 20 years of management experience in executive leadership roles and a proven and successful track record. He combines strategic thinking and leadership skills. Ceco, as he is usually called, joined the games industry in 2005 and since then, he has built up a strong network of friends and business partners all over the globe. From creation and development to localization, marketing, and publishing, he was part of every step of the way.

He is proud to be a part of Imperia Online and to have the opportunity to help shape the future of the company. Through excellent interpersonal communication, he raised a team of nine to a million-dollar company. His work at Imperia Online made him excellent in launching strategies, planning P&L, business development, tracking key metrics, and creating awesome UX. He has proven negotiation skills in product acquisitions, publishing deals, outsource development, IP licenses, and hiring employees.
